Aggiunto “The Clayman“: è un progetto autoprodotto nato per sperimentare lo stop-motion. Dal video è nata poi la canzone di cui sono piuttosto soddisfatto. E’ stata registrata un po’ in velocità, quindi ci sono diversi difetti. Se trovo critiche favorevoli magari posso registrarlo nuovamente, dandogli forse più organicità.

Added “The Clayman“: it’s an auto-product project to experiment the stop-motion technique. From the video it was borned the song of wich i am quite satisfy. It was recorded very quickly so there are some difects. If ‘ll find positive ratings maybe i’ll record it again giving it more completeness.

We had done a restailing of the website by giving a better interface. We had also added two new sections: 3D and Classic Guitar. While we are doing that, the server that is hosting our website (Dreamhost) is having some troubles (for example the annoying slow speed) that we hope that will be solved soon. There are more stuff to be added but we are waiting for a more stable condition of the server. Keep waiting.

Stiamo lavorando su un bel po di cose: qualche lavoro di animazione, nuove foto, dei nuovi pezzi (per lo più musica classica) e un piccolo restyling del sito (per esempio aggiungeremo la possibilità di scaricare i cortometraggi, ecc)…abbiate pazienza.

Saint, a series about post-modern saint, squarely nimbus,  Tv monitor, the new prophet.

Killer - Kill Her. Ripesco dal passato questo cortometraggio, che risale al 2005. Non lo aggiungo nel solito modo (cioè con scheda approfondita) dato che non è certo un prodotto ben fatto e ben distante dall’essere maturo. Narra la contrapposizione tra il lavoro come viene inteso oggi e l’”otium” latino. Collidono due concezioni contrapposte della vita in cui l’uomo si identifica nel proprio lavoro (visione contemporanea) o nel proprio tempo libero (visione latina). Come alfieri di queste due concezioni abbiamo un “lavoratore” atipico (un killer ossessionato dall’essere un professionista) e una ragazza (che nel corto non viene ben identificata con un lavoro: potrebbe essere una prostituta o una perdigiorno). Il corto ha molto difetti: la trama non è chiara e ci si perde in tanta retorica piuttosto vuota (anche perchè improvvisata sul momento); tecnicamente è molto impreciso e l’attrezzatura usata è meno che amatoriale. Delle musiche sono abbastanza soddisfatto (richiamano la colonna sonora di Old Boy di Chan-wook Park) e pure qualche inquadratura mi ha stupito riguardandolo (per l’epoca sono quasi soddisfacenti).

Killer - Kill Her. I recover this short movie, that goes up to the 2005. I don’t add it in the usual way (with its data sheet) because it’s not a well done product and it’s very far way to be mature. It narrates the conflicting between two different ideas of the modern work and the late latin work. Here collapse two paired conceptions of life: one in which life is identify with our career (present-day idea) and the other one in which life is identify with the free time (late latin idea). The first contending is an atypical “worker”, a killer, obsessed in being professional and a girl (that in the short movie is not clearly identify: she can be an hooker or a free-mind girl). The Short movie has a lot of defects: the plot is not easy to understand and it’s a little confused, the dialogues are too much rhetorical and substantially empty ( maybe because it was all improvised); technically it’s very imprecise and the equipment was less then amateur. I am quite satisfy of the music (inspired by the soundtrack of Old Boy of Chan-wook Park) and some shots have amaze me when i watch it again (for the time i did it it’s quite satisfying).
